If you're an office supply junkie, like me, this is a site worth visiting:

I belong to Romance Writers of America. If you write in this genre, go — now — and check out the benefits of membership.

I belong to this online chapter of RWA. It's loaded with information, not to mention a bunch of wonderful writers.

When I'm looking for contemporary slang, this is one of the sites I go to:
http://www.urbandictionary.com/
I can't live without MyFonts. Not only does it have countless fonts in varying prices, but you can plunk in your own sample text and see exactly how it would look in each font. Oh. You can build your own library of fonts, too. Did that!

iStockPhoto has thousands of photographs and illustrations to choose from. If you're doing research or building a web site or writing a newsletter, this is the place. The pricing is reasonable. Vectors are wonderfully easy to work with. Lots of stuff here. Browser beware! This site can really suck up your writing time. Grin.
